Fljóta-Táta IS08170/04 is our Icelandic sheep dog. She is a super dog, so friendly and lovely, always wants to be with us in everything we do, and she sits so often by our side, watching us with her beautiful eyes, asking us to pet her a bit. She’s always good to the children and loves playing with them, she can be energetic and she can be hanging around relaxed, all depending on what we are doing. She is our loved pet and friend. She is also an excellent show dog and breeding dog. She is born in 2004, was bred by us and has our breeding name on her (Fljóta-). She is red and white, of medium size.

Táta’s father is Leiru Þórshamar Týri IS06265/01 and her mother is Galtanes- Röskva IS04632/97 that we owned, and has her special page here on the website.
She is also an excellent show dog and breeding dog. She has always gotten very good notes on her at all the dog shows we’ve taken her to, she always gets the remark “Excellent”.
Táta’s show record.
In March 2005 she went to an international dog show in puppy group, and was in 1. place out of ALL puppies in the show.
In January 2008 she went to an Icelandic dog show, and got 2. place in open group Icelandic females.

In January 2009 she went to an International dog show and got 3. place in open group Icelandic females.
In February 2010 she went to an international show. She got very good notes on her. She got the score Excellent, a champion prospect, got 1. seat in open group Icelandic dog females, and was the 3. best Icelandic dog in show.
In June 2010 she went to an international dog show and got 4. seat in open group Icelandic females. She was not in her best condition so we were happy with the result.
She has perfect health. She has A in result regarding hip displacia (so it is absent), and in June 2010 she was eye tested and has no signs for eye diseases (and got the remark that there had never been anything wrong with her eyes).
