We have got breaking news:
We have PUPPIES.
Icelandic sheepdog puppies, and we are in heaven.
They are also looking for future homes.
Icelandic sheepdogs are a medium sized breed, our native breed, easy keepers and healthy, their ancestors being imported by our viking culture ancestors a millennium ago, and super popular family dogs and companions in Iceland.
Their parents, Hrauni (father) and Píla (mother) are absolutely outstanding in temperament, perfect representatives of the breed. Friendly, calm, love people, great with other animals, obedient, not interested in barking if they are not asked to do so (at work). They love hiking and agility if their owners love it, but don’t need much exercise, their main interest in life is to have company.
The puppies are purebred, registered in the Icelandic kennel club, their parents are health tested. We do contracts, and everything done as it should be done. We take care of the export process.
The puppies are born on September 26. so they’re ready for new homes in December or January.
I attach a lot of pictures. Of them, their dad and of several sisters and brother, with same mother or dad, showing their future beautiful red color and elegant looks, and pretty face.
They just opened their eyes a few days ago, are ultra adorable but look more like grey guinea pigs than Icelandic sheepdogs. Later the ears get erect, the tail curls up, the elegance blooms, the color shines, and beautiful charming smile this breed is famous for radiates their friendlyness.
The father is Vestanvindur Hrauni Tindsson and the mother is our breeding, Fljóta Píla.
We, and Langhus farm, are in northern Iceland.
Feel free to PM or ask here if you have any questions.
Hugs and love from the puppies and us all.
