Our local horse club, Svadi, held a competition day today (Firmakeppni for all ages together, Obstacle course for children, Flying pace race, Trot race). It was a wonderful day, everybody knows each other and the athmosphere is fun, friendly, lots of laughter, lots of cool horses and happy riders, it is a good day.
It got chilly, so most of the audience chose to do what is often done here, use the cars to watch. Our Orri Sigurbjorn is the 6 yo relaxing in the sun, while our black Elva enjoys a snack while waiting to go on the track. Our neighbour is the one in the red jacket on the loudspeaker, in the club uniform to celebrate the day, but another neighbour hands out the prizes. The judge’s booths are their cars. And the heaven – is heaven 🙂
